Fifth-Year Report

The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) requires a Fifth-Year Interim Report, which consists of:

  1. Signature Attesting to Integrity
  2. Institutional Summary Form
  3. Fifth-Year Compliance Certification
  4. Fifth-Year Follow Up Report (as requested by the Board of Trustees)
  5. QEP Impact Report
     

The abbreviated compliance report requires narratives for the following principles of accreditation:

  • Comprehensive Standard 3.11.3 - Physical Facilities
  • Federal Requirement 4.1 - Student Success
  • Federal Requirement 4.2 - Appropriate Curriculum
  • Federal Requirement 4.3 - Publication of Policies
  • Federal Requirement 4.4 - Program Length
  • Federal Requirement 4.5 - Student Complaints
  • Federal Requirement 4.6 - Recruitment Materials
  • Federal Requirement 4.7/CS 3.10.2 - Title IV Requirements
  • Feceral Requirement 4.8 - Distance and correspondence education
  • Federal Requirement 4.9 - Deffinition of Credit Hours
  • Comprehensive Standard 3.13 - Policy Compliance

NKU's Fifth-Year Interim Report must be submitted to SACSCOC in March 2015.
